• PACCONP’s mission is to strengthen relationships between African and Caribbean communities, by using soccer as a platform to transcend their linguistic and sociocultural differences. Moreover, PACCONP intends to act as a diplomatic tool to positively influence the African and Caribbean governments on social and economic matters.

In order to fulfill its mission, PACCONP will focus on the following goals including:

• Promote awareness for the International Day of Peace and the Culture of Peace.
• Promote the understanding how fair play within sports contributes to proper civic attitudes regarding competition and social struggles.
• Create a great platform for engaging different ethnic entities in our city in a process of camaraderie and shared interests.
• Build respect for diversity and acceptance of each other’s dignity.
• Break the stigma about women playing soccer.
• Encourage and strengthen immigrants to become agents of social change in the U.S, and their respective countries.
